Is the price in the app really the whole price?
Yes. The price you see is what you pay. It includes everything listed on the experience. Nothing extra is due on the day.
Do I pay more by booking through Medina?
No. The price you see is never higher than what the provider charges directly. We add no markup: our 15% fee comes out of the provider’s own price, not on top of it, and the provider receives the other 85%. Every experience shows both numbers. For a 450 MAD quad ride, you pay 450 MAD, Youssef receives 382 MAD and our fee is 68 MAD. Because we send our partners regular bookings, we also negotiate extras for Medina travellers wherever we can: a small gift, a discount, a better table. When a partner offers one, it is listed on the experience.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel for free up to 24 hours before the start time. Open the booking and tap Cancel.

Every guide, cook, driver and venue is licensed or registered, and someone from our team has met them in person and tried the experience. We list a small number of businesses on purpose.
